I need a solution

I have acquired a new macbook air running on Yosemite OSX 10.10.3 and the first software I installed was Sym Desktop E-mail Encryption 10.3.2 MP7. I have no data in the computer it so I have no issues in loosing info. After the installation and restart the laptop stopped working: it doesnt start nor I can get into safe mode; I get the prohibitive sign in every attempt.

I need a solution

When I try to use PGP Desktop to decrypt the encrypted email, I just get empty email or empty email with 0 byte size attachment and the attachment can't be saved. I confirmed with the sender the email is not empty. How can I solve this problem?

Problem the same in Windows versions

Has been the problem in older versions of Encryption Desktop

Suddenly public keys turn "grey" = disabled

I can right click and choose: enable - the key is working for a period of time, the it becomes disabled again.

Is it possible to encrypt to a group of public keys, in one go?
I have many recipients. I want to send a mail with attached file, and want to be able to do this in one go, avoiding to add the public keys one by one.

Hi all,

I have a problem with PGP Desktop 10.3.2 MP9 when I try to send or receive e-mails.

After install the PGP desktop, synchronize the keys and send a few e-mails, my PGP Desktop stop and I can't use my Outlook.

But when I wait a few minutes, the PGP restore the connection with my Exchange and back to work.

i'm working on migrating a team of approx 10 users to windows 7 who use PGPDesktop to encrypt mails and send to regulators/auditors.

users moving from XP and PGP Desktop 10.2.0.1672 to windows 7 and PGPDesktop 10.2.1.5033. (NOTE : they had lost their license keys so new ones have been procured for use of PGP on Windows 7)

Hello Experts! The attachments are not decrypted "on the fly" in MS OUTLOOK 2013!? In conjunction with MS Outlook 2010, everything was fine. The version of Symantec Encryption Desktop -10.3.2 MP9 (Build 16620). Please tell me - is this problem are known and are there solutions?

Hi team,

I created a PGP ploicy, wehre E-Mails to recipients will be encrypted via PGP and if a recipients key is not available, the message sohould be blocked.
But the last point is not working.

Emails to recipients are delivered via PGP (where a key is available) and all other recipients are recieving the mails in clear text.

The goal is to have Encryption Desktop and Microsoft Outlook published in Xenapp 6.5, and use them for mail encryption only.

Both applications are published in Xenapp, and when started in succession (Encryption Desktop first), encryption works beautifully.

We have tried out Symantec Encryption Desktop (SED) and was happy about the virtual disk function it provides and are looking to purchase this software.

However, when we download the trial version, we have to select "Symantec Desktop Email Encryption" and in there it provides the link to SED.

Having trouble finding info on some of the versions of PGP Desktop. Employer uses PGP SDK 4.0.0-4.0.1. Does this release of PGP SDK use to PGP Desktop 10.1.0 & 10.1.2?
