Hi
We are planning to install PGP desktop E-mail with a non-mailstream placement and an internal PGP Universal server in SKM.
hello,
i searched and did not find conclusive answer,
Is Google Apps Sync for Outlook compatible with PGP Desktop Message Encryption?
thanks
I'm running Encryption Desktop 10.3.2MP5 Build 15704 on a new Macbook Pro 15" running OS X 10.9.5. I got the program installed and my pub / private keys imported. All's well there. I'm trying to use this with Outlook for Mac 2011 connecting to my corporate exchange server. I've been using the windows version on my windows box for serveral years with no issues.
Hi,
A PGP Desktop user I support forgot their passphrase and attempted to reset it, however they got the error "PGP is unable to obtain reconsrtuction data for this key from the server."
Good day,
We are evaluating PGP desktop Email encryption to comply with clients security requirements. Our usage is commonly encrypting files/folders containing personal data (hence the requirement for encryption) and send this encrypted data in an email.
What should be the default procedure:

I just upgraded to PGP 10.3.2 MP6 to get things running on Mac OS X 10.10, and generally things seem to be working. However, I just noticed today that the PGP Engine process is for some reason set to require the high performance GPU, so battery life on my MacBook Pro is decidedly lower now. Is there any way to remove this requirement?
Question - supported export public key certificate (SED 10 or higher) in format X.509 (*.cer)?
Hello,
We have tried several times to install Symantec Encryption Desktop on several computers without getting the PGP-messaging working.
But we have found a way to get it working, and that is by choosing to store the PGP-keys on a local disk, and not on "my docouments" witch is syncronized with a filserver.
Hello,
Can anyone suggest resources or a process to migrate email encryption with Ironport to email encryption through PGP?
Cheers
Cameron
I am experimenting with Windows 7 Ultimate x64 / Symantec Encryption Desktop and Microsoft Outlook Connector x64 in order that I migrate my employees to this new system.
Hi,
SYMC Email Encryption work with Office365 Client (Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2013)?
I am currenty evaluating PGP Desktop (10.3.2 MP3) and I am trying to send PGP/MIME Mails from Outook 2013 using an Exchange Server to an Enigmail user.
The user receives the encrypted content, but Enigmail does not trigger.
All PGP Keys are good/avaible because I can decrypt the Message.pgp attachment manually.
Dears,
i am using symantec desktop encryption , everything was fine untill i changed my mail server .
i changed those seeting in the pgp messaging service but it fails to encrypt outgoing emails although i have the public key of the recepient.
I used Symantec Encryption Desktop to set up my key pairs, and automatically submitted the Public Key to PGP Global Directory keyserver. But when I search keyserver.pgp.com, the email address is not there. And other PGP users cannot send me encrypted email, receiving a message that the "key was not found"
Hi
I recently installed and setup Symantec Encryption Desktop (SED). While I can sucessfully use and search keyserver.pgp.com (as a PGP Global Directory LDAP), whenever I try to use a public keyserver like pgp.mit.edu or keys.gnupg.net, I encounter problems.
I have Symantec Encryption Desktop and I want to export my private key. The only option is an ASC file, which is not password protected. How do I export my private key to a password protected file?
Hi
Please anybody confirm wheather Endpoint Encryption and Desktop Email Encryption are originally from PGP Desktop Professional,
