I've problem on PGP Desktop Email 10.3.2 after upgrading from 10.3.1 where Outlook 2010 SP2 32 bit stops downloading email with error 0x800CCC0F. I've no problem receiving mail. Telnet to mail server outgoing port gives me PGP message but not to the incoming port, it will be blank. I've tried 10.3.2 MP2, and also reinstalled 10.3.1 but it still fails with same problem.
Does anyone have any idea why PGP desktop would have unexpectedly started intercepting my outgoing emails?

Earlier today I decrypted one file just fine (of the two that we received). I went to do the other by right clicking -> symantec -> decrypt & verify and nothing would happen. The icon was not in the tray and pgptray.exe was running. So I rebooted.
I'm evaluating trial version of Symantec Encryption Desktop, Its installed, but when I'm clicking email in my Microsoft Outlook 2010. Its not decrypting message, but if I drag the message to Open PGP Viewer, it does encrypt. Could you explain the steps to get this working.

When I'm trying to install, I get a dialog box with "PGP Desktop can not be installed on 64 bit versions of Windows".
