I am currently trying to decrypt a file and it will only display in secure viewer. I am testing out functionality of the Encryption desktop. I encrypt the data am unable to decrypt it do to it displyaing in secure viewer. Any suggestions?

I was a bit to quick in trying out PGP and want to remove the key from the PGP Global Directory.
When i use the remove key via keyserver.pgp.com i get unexpected error and try again later.
It has been two weeks now and the situation did not change, what can i do best to remove the PGP key so i can start over again properly.

Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.2 MP12 for Windows does not support the protocol Exchange ActiveSync (EAS).
Please add support for Symantec Encryption Desktop protocol Exchange ActiveSync (EAS)!!!

I am prompted for the passphrase, when I boot my computer with an encrypted drive but I also have a Bypass option under Advanced.
When I choose bypass, it lets me continue, boot to Windows and continue on as if there is no encryption on the drive at all.

We are looking at PGP solutions and when using the symantec PGP desktop we got a little problem.
Some of our contacts are using a "PGP Blackberry" that is managed trough a BES and Symantec PGP Universal server.
By adding their keyserver in PGP Desktop we can get their private key and send them PGP encrypted emails.
I am trying to setup an IMAP Gmail account in Outlook 2013 with Symantec Encryption Desktop v 10.3.2. I have been unsuccessful so far. Using the settings I'll list below, I've been able to get it to send a test message, but it's unable to logon to the incoming mail server.

I am using Symantec Desktop Encryption 10.3.2 MP12 with Outlook 2016 connecting to Exchange.
Every time I send an email to someone whose key is in my keyring the email is automatically encrypted.
I am looking to buy "PGP Desktop Email" v10.3 but it is not offered in the store and all I can find is Desktop Email Encryption.
Is Desktop Email Encryption exactly the same product as "PGP Desktop Email" v10.3 or is it different in any way?
I just installed Symantec Encryption Desktop. I imported a key and am trying to sign it to mark it verified. Each time I try, I get this dialog:

An error has occurred. Simultaneous writes to a shared key DB detected.
I have downloaded the Symantec Desktop Email Encryption trial and received the activation code via email.
During setup I am promted for this code, but it does not accpet the code sent via email therefore the pgp messaging which I want to trial is disabled.
I applied again, but received the same activation code.
Any thoughts?
