I've installed Encryption Desktop from an installation file from our Encryption Server. Now I have the problem that either OSX Mail nor Outlook for Mac recognize the incoming Welcome Mail. Is there a special thing I must do for it?

In Symantec Encryption Desktop I am not able to select secondary signing certificate for email signature. E-Mail is always sign with primary certificate.

I've changed my SSD after clone it completely to a new one. All runs nice after booting from the new SSD. But PGP can't open mails, files nor directorys that I've encrypted before. When I reinstall PGP it ask for my mailadress, I get the welcome mail and PGP configure all, but the same problem.
Have anyone an idea what I can do so I can read my old data?

Possibility to configure keyservers list to realize scenario, when client want to search for key using Search option using SED console.
The best solution will be added functionality to policies on SEMS server to include new keyservers in SED package.

The documentation for SDE states that it's compatible with Outlook 2016. I can't get the Client and SDE to talk to each other.
How can I tell PGP Desktop to encrypt using public key A when I send emails to email address B, even though the email address and public key don't match?
My computer crashed yesterday, and after resetting it, I have to reinstall PGP. I found the email with the link to install it; however, it takes me to a download page with a list of options. How do I know which to choose? Tech support wouldn't tell me because my support subscription has run out. They suggested I post my question here. I'm running Windows 10.

As recomened I install HotFix1 on SEMS 3.4MP1, but i see in logs: "client request <UploadKey> returning fault -11999 (unable to determine error -- out of memory?)" and "key search <user@domain.com> [keys.domain.com]: Could not get recipient encryption key: out of memory"
How I can fix it?
Hi, we are running a trial version of Symantec Encryption Desktop. The version is 10.4.0 MP1 HF1 Build 1245.
It installs fine and will encrypt disks with no issues at all. However, when we try to set the self recovery security questions, we get an error saying that the questions have not been saved.
Hi, when we leave hard drives overnight to encrypt, the encryption is always paused when we return to them the next morining.
Is this behaviour by design and is there a way to stop it from happening?
